Is your relationship falling apart? Is your life out of control? Are you having difficulty as a man?
If you are struggling with issues around domestic violence, trauma, abuse, relationship issues, PTSD, addiction, problematic drug or alcohol use, depression, shame, and working with systems, then I would love to work with you.
I believe that counseling can provide the space to make profound changes in people’s lives and that we all have the possibility to create happy, authentic lives for ourselves.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oregon and have worked as a mental health counselor for outpatient agencies and in private practice since graduating from Lewis & Clark College in 2008 with a Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology.
I have been working with people in behavioral health since 2004 and offer individual and couples counseling services in my North Portland office.
Areas of Clinical Interest: I have worked most with people experiencing domestic violence, trauma, abuse, relationship issues, PTSD, addiction, problematic substance use, depression, shame, and men’s issues.
Theoretical Orientation: I believe that when we are approached with curiosity and care, that we can find the happiness and success that we desire. I believe that the way we think can help us or harm us in life and that having a wise view of a situation leads to beautiful results.
I offer sliding scale services.
If you have any questions, please call or email me. I look forward to hearing from you.
