The following are guidelines for operating during the current COVID-19 pandemic. Our goal is to provide effective safe treatment while maintaining recommended social distancing and sanitation practices to reduce risk of transmission of COVID-19. These are based on current guidelines put forth by the Oregon Health Authority (OHA). Our practitioners continue to see most clients by telehealth methods, however, we ask that you review the following if you are coming into the office.
Please be mindful that everyone has different comfort levels. Even if your comfort level is "high" please respect the needs of others and adhere to the following guidelines:
General Guidelines and Procedures
Respect social distancing – please make every effort to maintain distance of six feet of distance between yourself and other people.
Use of a face mask is required in common areas. Please bring your own mask. We will have disposable ones available as well. Check with your therapist about wearing mask in session.
Please wait in your car and text your therapist that you have arrived, they will meet you at the front door or text for you to come to office for your session.
Hand sanitizer and cleaners are available and conveniently stationed throughout the office.
Sanitize or Wash your hands immediately upon entering and when leaving the building. Water and soap for 30 seconds is recommended.
High touch surface areas will be sanitized between/after clients are seen in person.
Common areas and offices will be cleaned and sanitized daily in addition to between/after clients
We are not offering tea/water service at this time, and the kitchen area is closed to clients until further notice.
Anticipate “screening questions” from your practitioner prior to your appointment.
Please be mindful of these before your appointment and expect your practitioner to inquire about these as well.
